About Claire
Through the back door.
Claire came to art through the back door: hours wandering in the mountains with a field journal, then a graduate degree in natural science illustration, an M.S. in environmental studies, and finally art school with an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Art. For twenty years her work has connected art and conservation.
